One Christmas Eve
Santa did not come
I asked why
But got no reply

The wind is howling

You hear a BAM and hide under your covers in fright
Outside there’s an owl saying HOOT
There’s a faint noise of someone playing a flute
And you think you hear the CLUNK of chains and boots
